What does Living with Lux sell?
Living with Lux is a premium modern home lighting store. We offer a complete range of indoor and outdoor lighting including chandeliers, pendant lights, ceiling lights, wall sconces, floor and table lamps, outdoor solar lights, garden lights, pathway lights, and string lights — everything you need to elevate your home inside and out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify with SSL encryption.
Do you offer buy now pay later?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.
Are your outdoor lights weatherproof?
Yes. All outdoor products in our store carry an IP rating — minimum IP44 for light rain resistance up to IP68 for full submersion. The IP rating is listed in every product specification section. All outdoor products are designed for year-round outdoor installation.
What does IP65 or IP67 mean?
IP ratings show waterproof protection level. IP44 — protected against rain and splashing. IP65 — protected against water jets from any direction. IP67 — fully submersible up to 1 metre. IP68 — fully submersible beyond 1 metre. All are safe for permanent outdoor installation.
How long do solar lights stay on each night?
With a full solar charge our lights provide 8-12 hours of illumination. In peak summer sun they reach a full charge in 6-8 hours. In cloudy or winter conditions runtime may be 4-6 hours.
Do your products need professional installation?
It depends on the product type. Solar lights, plug-in lamps, and battery-operated lights require zero electrical work and can be set up by anyone in minutes. Hardwired ceiling lights, chandeliers, pendant lights, and wall sconces require connection to your home electrical wiring — we strongly recommend a licensed electrician for these.
Do your lights work with dimmer switches?
Dimmer compatibility varies by product. Check the specifications section on each product page. If a product is dimmer compatible you will also need dimmable bulbs for full functionality.
How do these solar lights work?
These lights charge automatically during the day using sunlight and turn on by themselves at night.
Do they require electricity or wiring?
No, they are completely solar-powered and do not require any wiring or external power source.
How long do they stay lit at night?
On a full charge, the lights can glow for approximately 8–12 hours depending on sunlight exposure.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 4–10 business days depending on your location.
